Simply stated, for every 1,250 Tradeshow attendees you will need one Sales representative to fulfill potential clients needs on the show floor. Therefore, for a large such as Comdex with 30,000 attendees, it is fair to say that to fill your customers needs a staff of 24 people will send them away with all the information they need to make that purchase decision.
1,250 Attendees = 1 Sales Representative
15,000 Attendees = 12 Sales Representatives
30,000 Attendess = 24 Sales Representatives
...And be sure to allow time for breaks and/or staff rotation
